ACCESS is a private counseling consultant, registered with the Ministry Of Finance, Malaysia. It was established in January 1996 to provide counseling and therapy to adolescents, adults and family facing crisis or problems which are affecting them emotionally, resulting in poor overall well being and declined daily functioning.
 
ACCESS provides services to clients from all races in Malaysia including expatriates and foreign students. It emphasizes strict confidentiality of clients’ background information and issues disclosed and will take all the necessary measures required to ensure that this ethic is upheld at all times.

Sometimes you face a situation, problems or crisis which result in depression, excessive fear or anger, high sense of guilt, aggressive behavior, insomnia, excessive sleep or suicidal thoughts. You do not really know what to do. Telling friends might end up as office gossips.

Sharing the problems with your family members might get them too involved or might make you feel worst. You are afraid of being judged by the society or rejected by significant persons in your lives. It is like a burden you have to carry alone to the extent that it is affecting your daily functioning in lives.
