Do You Need Help?

Sometimes you face a situation, problems or crisis which result in depression, excessive fear or anger, high sense of guilt, aggressive behavior, insomnia, excessive sleep or suicidal thoughts. You do not really know what to do. Telling friends might end up as office gossips.
